A Snapshot of Your Day 

Managing the engineering team during manufacturing, assembly and test of large and complex project on Rotating equipment’s as compressors, Gas Turbines on the O&G market, pipelines project an CCUS.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Ensuring operational excellence across the functions and responsibility for overall project success and technical client interface, and integrate with other critical functions, such as Sales, Manufacturing and PM etc.
  • EHS Responsibility: Promote and extend EHS mindset to interiorize Zero Harm culture to everyone.
  • Generation of budget targets for the engineering cost center and support Bid management.
  • Organization, Procedure and Process Responsibility: Development, adaptation and implementation of efficient organization forms, continually improve the core processes of the business with clearly measurable progress, assure optimal quality, and overall arrangement for strategic roadmap of Lean production.
  • People Management: Deploy and develop employees under relevant statutory legislation and company policies; align all members toward team excellence to ensure long-term company success with motivated high calibrate employees.
  • Managing the technical support for the String Test area ensuring safety of the equipment fulfilling all technical and safety aspects. 

What You Bring 
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or correlated.
  • Demonstrable advanced knowledge in the product-structure, package, design, of rotating equipment in the compression industry.
  • Experience with the market related to O&G compressor market, Gas Turbines, Controls, Electric Machinery, and/or correlated systems.
  • Customer-interfacing experience on the international O&G market.
  • Experience on commissioning and test environment related compressor market, Gas Turbines, Controls, Electric Machinery, and/or correlated systems.
  • Ability to willingness to travel internationally to share experience gained in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industry.
  • Experience in leading complex technical discussion in face-to-face meetings with customers, interdisciplinary key-experts and senior management.
