A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Internal Digitalization Manager for the Europe & Africa, Controls & Digitalization (EU&AF CD) region, you will be working on identifying, designing, implementing and scaling digital initiatives that enhances internal processes, commercial effectiveness and cross-regional collaboration! The role will act as a strategic regional partner that drives digital maturity - fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop an Internal Digital Strategy for EU&AF region. Translate the global internal digitalization strategy into actionable roadmaps for the EU&AF CD regional team ensuring alignment with business goals and regional priorities. Understand global internal digital strategy
- Process Optimization within the region identify, assess, and digitize internal processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and user experience.
- Stakeholder Management with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to co-create and implement digital solutions within EU&AF.
- Change Management - Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms through structured change management, training, and communication strategies.
- Data & Insights - Enable data-driven decision-making by improving data accessibility, visualization, and reporting capabilities across the EU&AF CD
- Innovation & Piloting - Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies, evaluating their potential for broader deployment within the region.
What You Bring
- Academic qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business.
- Over 5 years of experience in digital transformation, commercial operations, or process improvement, preferably in the energy industry.
- Experience in process optimization methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, is beneficial.
- Proficient in digital tools related to Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Business Intelligence Platforms.
- Strong solution-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing cross-functional projects.
- Willingness to travel for business and ability to work across functional and cultural boundaries within a collaborative team environment.
