As an EHS Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will be at the forefront of fostering a robust health and safety culture, targeting candidates who are passionate about workplace safety and compliance. You will engage in meaningful projects such as conducting risk assessments, leading training sessions, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations, all of which directly contribute to the well-being of our team and the success of our operations. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Promote a positive health and safety culture within the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with safety legislation and Siemens-specific regulations.
- Conduct in-house training on health and safety issues for managers and employees.
- Perform daily inspections and document non-conformances and hazards.
- Lead risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and transmit weekly reports to the EHS department.
What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Experience in conducting training and safety instruction.
- Ability to perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting of safety-related issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
