Digital Transformation Manager

Digital transformation is crucial for improving operational efficiency, driving innovation, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. You will be responsible for developing and adapting the business unit's digital strategy, ensuring the implementation of respective programs within SE GS EU&AF UK&IE.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and communicate a clear digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with different departments and collaborators to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for digitization.
- Successfully implement innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring all digital initiatives are completed flawlessly.
- Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions to simplify and automate business processes by bringing to bear digital tools for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply data analytics to generate meaningful insights by using visualization tools in online dashboards, allowing for informed decision-making, process optimization, and driving innovation.
- Stay ahead of technological trends and identify and evaluate new technologies and digital tools that can enhance business processes.
- Promote continuous improvement and a responsible EHS culture.
- Manage resources proactively, ensuring customer expectations are met.
- - Dimension of Function/Volume: Responsible for project management of major digital infrastructure projects that vary in value from £250k - £2M.
- Contacts (internal/external)
- Reports to the Head of Business Operations.
- Collaborates with customers and collaborators at all levels both within and outside the organization.
- External contacts with customers and others participating in the projects.
- Internal contacts at all levels up to Business Country Leads.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital tools such as Alteryx, Mendix, and UIPath. In-depth knowledge of at least one of these tools is preferred.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Determined and ambitious approach, with a track record of successfully implementing digital solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to encourage and lead change.
