As our Digital Portfolio Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of digitalization within Siemens Energy’s Gas Services Central organization. Your day will involve managing and analyzing our digital project portfolio, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring projects aligning with strategic goals. Your insights and leadership will directly influence our digital transformation journey.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborating with Product Lines and departments globally: Define, prioritize, and develop projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Financial Insight: Conduct detailed financial analyses, including project budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Create and maintain insightful dashboards and reports, providing clear visibility into portfolio status for senior management.
  • Portfolio Excellence: Oversee the development and execution of the digital project portfolio, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate project performance, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and strategic objectives.

What You Bring

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or M.Sc. degree required.
  • Certifications: A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of five years' experience, with supervisory experience being advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in English.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Snowflake, Service Now and ETL tools like Alteryx
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel as required.

The Digital Business Process Transformation Team within our Gas Services Central organization is responsible for digitalization and simplification across our value chain. We are strong partners for the Product Lines within Gas Services Central and in all aspects of their digital transformation journey. We also drive business transformation and digitalization across organizational boundaries. We empower and develop our people to ensure a sustainable future for Gas Services.
