We’re looking for a passionate Digital Learning and Engagement Professional to help bring our Lean@GS program to life. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business areas across the organisation, working closely with local experts and leaders to guide our transformation into a Lean enterprise. Your focus will be on increasing efficiency, streamlining processes, and reducing Non-Conformance Costs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Program Enhancement: Collect and analyse customer feedback to derive concepts with the Core Team for the deployment and enhancement of existing Lean@GS program, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders in Gas Service.
  • Communication campaigns: To knowledge, availability and benefit of our services communication campaigns including a clear structure are crucial. You define and lead those for the Operational Excellence team.
  • Online Training Development: Design and implement online training programs with a professional look and feel. Utilise various multimedia elements such as videos, images, and voiceovers to enhance the participant experience and ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Multimedia Content Development: Lead the creation and production of engaging, high-quality multimedia content to enhance learning and engagement initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, professional training videos, interactive e-learning modules, animated/visual explainers, infographics, and dynamic visual communication materials.
  • Systematic Training Offer Development: Drive the creation and implementation of systematic training offerings for EQS. This includes identifying and selecting relevant learning topics, work with subject matter experts, setting up the training platform, and developing a comprehensive communication strategy for effective implementation.

  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation and online training platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and locations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for quality improvement.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
