A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a key role in managing customer account portfolios and driving business growth. You'll handle the extension and negotiation of Worldwide Industrial Spares Contracts while leading proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and administration to build lasting customer relationships.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers
  • Manage orders and inquiries from initiation through to billing
  • Address spare parts inquiries and provide clear updates
  • Create quotations and orders, ensuring timely follow-up on progress
  • Collaborate with Vendors, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Technical teams to enhance quote response times and ensure on-time delivery
  • Resolve customer issues effectively to enhance satisfaction
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by superiors

What You Bring

  • Diploma in Technical or Business field
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of engineering drawings (a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
