A Snapshot of Your Day

In this position, you will provide customer support to Utility and Industrial clients across the United States and globally. You will regularly communicate with customers, the purchasing team, contract administrators, and the warehouse staff. Our primary goal is to offer world-class service by addressing our customers' needs for spare parts. We aim to deliver an appropriate level of quality, ensuring materials and services are provided on schedule and in compliance with the customers' specifications and expectations.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide technical solutions to customers' issues, including troubleshooting and identifying appropriate replacement parts.
  • Coordinate proposal activities for Siemens Energy GT Service parts, with a focus on Transformers, Voltage Regulators, and HV Breakers.
  • Engage in daily communication with various team members to deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Prepare quote documents that detail the technical, financial, and legal aspects of parts quotations.


What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree or 6+ years of experience in Customer Service.
  • SAP and Salesforce experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task across various functions, set and manage customer priorities in a timely manner, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
