We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communication and Engagement Consultant to join our dynamic S4E OCM team. The Communication & Engagement Consultant supports the S4E transformation by driving communication and engagement activities across rollouts, maintaining the OCM framework, and enabling Business Areas (BAs) to effectively manage change.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain and evolve the OCM framework with a focus on the Communication pillar, ensuring alignment with PMO, Change Factory, and BA OCM teams
- Advise Business Areas and rollout teams on communication strategies, including end-user impact and stakeholder engagement along the OCM Framework
- Design and support enablement sessions (e.g., change mindset, resilience, managing resistance, cultural awareness).
- Support rollout factories and BA-specific teams, working closely with the Rollout Clusters and key-user networks.
- Establish and maintain the OCM community and organize OCM workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational and People Development, Change Management or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- · Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally within large-scale transformation programs (e.g., S/4HANA)
- · Strong expertise in communication and engagement strategies
- · Experience in developing, maintaining, and applying OCM frameworks
- · Excellent facilitation, training, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and experience working in complex, international organizations
