As a Commercial Sales Manager at Siemens Gamesa in Mamandur, Tamil Nadu, you will start your day collaborating with your team to develop top-quality sales proposals. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage controlling, reporting, and commercial tasks in sales areas to support effective and profitable business operations.
  • Guide ongoing comparison of objectives and achievements, driving consistent actions to meet business targets.
  • Coordinate and prioritize all financial and commercial activities within sales and bidding processes.
  • Successfully implement optimization processes to improve efficiency and meet safety requirements.
  • Ensure complete and timely preparation of all necessary financial/commercial documents for sales and bidding.
  • Review and approve bids, ensuring compliance with business or local entity responsibilities.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in contract review, negotiation with customers, and understanding contract structures & commercial clauses (10-15 years).
  • A degree in Engineering with a Law Degree or equivalent experience as a qualified lawyer.
  • Outstanding knowledge of operations & maintenance services, particularly within the Wind Industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to prepare presentations and decision memos for management.
  • Ability to manage financial instruments, including payment, insurances, export control, and liability regimes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead and guide technical partners in commercial and financial matters.
