A Snapshot of Your Day 

The Country Coordinator(f/m/d) is responsible as a team lead to ensure proper management of the CPM team and correct implementation of the projects for the LTP & O&M projects in IQ.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • You will manage a team of commercial project managers for Long Term Maintenance, Operation and Maintenance Contracts, and Open Market Business in Iraq and Iran.
  • You will guide and support the CPM team with experience, act as a mentor for new members, and have functional leadership of the CPM team.
  • You will ensure efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders and regional contacts.
  • You will align tax, delegation, and custom concepts within the team and with subject matter experts.
  • You will ensure proper project implementation and cultivate continuous improvement processes.
  • You will serve as the main contact for the sales department, supporting new projects and aligning contracts.
What You Bring
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with a commercial focus or have comparable education.
  • Possess mid- to long-term experience in a related field, ideally as a team lead in a similar role or as a senior commercial project manager.
  • Have strong knowledge of IFRS/ICFR regulations and an understanding of projects implemented under different contract types, such as those under a Branch setup.
  • Be customer and result oriented, with high motivation dedication. 
  • Have a deep understanding of working in an international matrix organization, familiarity with determined agile teams, and an affinity for digital innovation is a plus.
  • Be proficient in MS Office365 applications, familiar with SAP SD, MM, FI, and CO, and fluent in both German and English.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
