About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
Transformation of Industry, Region North America is seeking a Commercial Billing Specialist to execute billable events in our SAP ERP system. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with an outstanding team in Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, review client purchase orders, and master service agreements to establish billing events. Upon service completion, the selected candidate will gather documentation and prepare tasks within SAP for accurate and timely invoicing transactions. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally disciplined yet adaptable, with a validated ability to quickly grasp the SAP invoicing process and internal business controls.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Review client Purchase Orders to forecast billing events in SAP Projects modules.
- Compile and organize billable field service employee time and materials related to services contracts.
- Submit invoicing data thru client’s Accounts Receivable portals.
- Answer Client questions regarding billings information. Work with other departments to resolve billing issues as necessary.
- Work collaboratively to make process improvements and increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Retrieve records of invoices and supporting documents to support analysis, internal and external audit requests.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or master's in accounting, finance, business administration or related field; or High School Diploma/GED with related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance or related role.
- Highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to comprehend financial systems and accounting concepts.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
