Start your journey as an Apprentice in Operational Excellence Engineering, where you’ll actively support continuous improvement projects and help drive innovation across our operations. You’ll identify new opportunities, estimate their potential impact, and help select and prioritize initiatives that make a real difference. Each day, you’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues, develop practical solutions, and contribute to a culture of excellence and growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Document initiatives and present your findings at a global level.
• Provide methodological and technical support to project teams.
• Analyze key data such as Takt vs. Cycle Time, Rate, and Production Volume.

What You Bring

• You are pursuing a Master’s degree or an engineering degree.
• You have a strong interest in continuous improvement and hands-on field work.
• You have solid computer skills, especially in Excel and Power BI.
• You are rigorous, organized, and enjoy working in a team.
• You are fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, project management, or data analysis is a plus.
