Responsible for preparing and validating commercial offers in alignment with business strategy and corporate principles, ensuring they reflect market reality in their economic and financial parameters.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare commercial proposals according to the commercial conditions of the business area, following guidelines from management, Legal, Tax, Compliance, and relevant corporate policies.

• Validate cost calculations for offers, considering the entire supply chain based on the technical solution provided by Bid Managers, including indirect costs, markup, and taxes.

• Calculate the expected financial result of offers based on sales price and economic-financial parameters (margin, sales overhead, taxes, importation factors, etc.), identifying risks with technical teams, defining contingencies, and preparing cash flow using projections of external economic indicators (inflation, exchange rate, interest rate, etc.).

• Coordinate required approvals for proposals according to the Internal Powers Norm and LOA (Limits of Authority) processes, ensuring Compliance requirements are met and providing decision-making support.

• Provide economic-financial and commercial information to support or participate in contract negotiation and analysis processes.

• Drive continuous improvement of processes under one’s responsibility and promote periodic reviews.

What You Bring 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields

• Experience in corporate function working across cross functional teams

• Fluency in English is REQUIRED. Spanish fluency is a bonus.

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Ability to be proactive and take initiative to solve problems

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP is required

• Intermediate Microsoft Office, including excel is required.
