We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven student (f/m/d) to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will have the chance to support our TA activities within the Southeast Europe (SEE) region, working closely with colleagues from various countries and assisting in recruiting top talent. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a multinational corporation, gain international experience, and develop a promising career in talent acquisition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborating in recruitment processes for diverse positions across Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and other countries
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to talent acquisition, also scheduling interviews and maintaining the candidate interview calendar
• Updating and creating country-specific documentation, developing guidelines to streamline TA processes
• Collaborating in the co-creation and maintenance of our SharePoint site
• Organizing and potentially participating student career fairs
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations to support TA initiatives

What You Bring 

• Being enrolled at a university, preferably in a master's degree program focusing on economics, marketing, HR, psychology, or related fields
• Having availability to work as a student for at least the next 1.5 years
• Being open to work at least 30 hours/week
• Having previous experience in HR, particularly within talent acquisition, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, is desirable
• Possessing basic German language skills is highly appreciated but not a must. Being fluent in English is a requirement
• Showing open-mindedness and a passion for working in an international environment. Being proactive and motivated to contribute to the success of the TA team and the company as a whole
