A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student, you support the Commercial Sales Team as well as the overall Sales Management for steam turbines in Europe. The role focuses on three core areas: commercial sales support, process and documentation improvement, and IT and automation project support.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Maintenance and updating of process descriptions, work instructions, checklists, and onboarding materials for the sales organization
- Administration and continuous updating of internal sales tools, databases, and documentation
- Provision of administrative and commercial sales support during bidding processes, including NDA review assistance
- Preparation and organization of documentation for internal meetings, reviews, and decision forums
- Support of strategic IT, AI, and system integration projects, including SAP HANA and UCS 2.0 initiatives
- Contribution to process automation, AI use cases, system testing, data validation, and best‑practice research
What You Bring- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Law, or a related field
- Entry-level student status with no professional experience required; internships or relevant project work as an advantage
- Availability to work 10–15 hours per week for a duration of approximately 12 months
- Knowledge of process management, documentation, and affinity for IT systems
- Strong analytical thinking, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn
- Effective communication skills, teamwork mindset, and proficiency in MS Office
