A Snapshot of Your Day
For our growing Aftermarket Business in Service Offshore we are looking for a highly motivated working student who can tackle various tasks with different levels of complexity in the area of Offshore Aftermarket Operations. You will take a central role in supporting the Team in the daily business. Within this role, you will work with various internal and external stakeholders across Offshore Service and therefore allowing you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist Customer Managers and Customer Order Coordinators with daily order processing for the Spare Parts Business
- Help address technical customer inquiries by collaborating with internal teams
- Contribute to team projects and perform ad-hoc analyses using SAP data
- Support quality management efforts for spare part orders and supervise non-conformance cases
- Capture information to respond to customer questions about component lead times, technical details, pricing, and availability
- Assist in preparing calculations for sales offers
- Ongoing studies preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar (Master program or late bachelor students preferred)
- Confident working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and ideally have experience with SAP
- Dedicated and engaged teammate, driven, diligent, and well-structured
- Proactive and diligent to details, working in a structured manner
- Independent, curious to learn, solution-oriented, and pragmatic, knowing when to seek mentorship
- Flexible attitude, capable of working in a diverse and multicultural environment, with an ownership attitude for areas of responsibility, and proficient in English
