Your day involves managing and maintaining Siemens Energy power plant automation and cybersecurity systems, ensuring their availability through installations, updates, upgrades, and migrations both in-house and on site. You independently handle preventive and corrective service activities, analyze and resolve system incidents remotely or at customer sites, and support clients through technical guidance and consulting.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting, resolving issues, and delivering timely communication related to Siemens Energy products and services.
• Perform onsite and remote installations, maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and cybersecurity configurations for Siemens Energy equipment and control systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective service activities, including cybersecurity services, while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support successful project implementation and provide customer training on system operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, stay current with product developments and industry trends, and identify improvement opportunities through customer feedback and field experience.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Automation, I&C, Control Systems, or related field with 8+ years of experience in Siemens Energy T3000, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in T3000 system configuration, virtualization, domain servers, and fail‑safe systems including Safety Matrix and H‑System CPUs.
• Proven experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC) and control server client‑server architectures.
• Solid background in industrial cybersecurity, including system hardening, firewalls, VPNs, switches, VLANs, and advanced security solutions (SIEM/IDS).
• Ability to troubleshoot control loops, software programs, network architectures, and industrial instrumentation across Water and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills with willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East (up to 75%).

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
