Über die Aufgabe
- Land: Germany
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, audit quality management systems, and processes to support multi-functional teams
- Plan, track, and report achievements, budgets, and resources for Product and Process Qualification (PPQ) of parts and systems
- Oversee quality assurance measures, approve supplier processes, and conduct various types of inspections
- Coordinate nonconformance processing with suppliers and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and adjust quality, inspection, and development plans accordingly
- Facilitate qualification meetings, identify risks, and maintain data quality using relevant tools and databases
- Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a similar field
- Technical experience with industrial process technology and /or auxiliary systems in energy generation plants preferred
- Experience in conducting supplier audits as well as demonstrated ability in technical field and/or working in Supply Chain Management
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and other quality & risk management methodologies
- Project Management Experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Willingness to travel ~30%
