A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Strategic Buyer in Romania, where you will elevate our procurement function from operational to strategic. Imagine developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies for critical commodities in the Field Service, Engineering, and Installation sectors across the EU-CES region. You will lead the supplier selection process, conduct market analysis, and manage key supplier relationships, all while driving efficiency in procurement operations. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring we meet the growing demands of our projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for Field Service, Engineering, and Installation commodities across the EU-CES region.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and supplier scouting to build and maintain a competitive and robust supply base.
• Lead the end-to-end supplier selection process, managing RFx activities and performing total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Negotiate complex service contracts, securing favorable pricing, terms, and conditions while managing the full contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with internal project teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely sourcing of services.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience (min. 5 years) in strategic procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• You are fluent in German and English (with Spanish and Italian as a nice-to-have)
• Demonstrated experience in procuring complex technical services, such as engineering, installation, or field services.
• You are skilled in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract management, with proficiency in procurement software and SAP applications.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities, complemented by excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
