A Snapshot of Your Day

Attached to the Project Delivery Department, you will work on turnkey high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects (EPC) for clients in France and abroad:

  • High-voltage substations for network operators (TSO) in France and Africa,
  • High-voltage substations for private clients in France and Europe (Datacenter & Industry),
  • HVDC converter stations in France.

As a project planner, you are responsible for the planning, monitoring, and optimization of schedules, resources, and costs throughout the project lifecycle, from acquisition to completion. You work closely with project managers, construction teams, procurement, engineering, civil works, and QHSE, as well as with our clients, partners, and subcontractors.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You develop, update, and optimize project schedules using MSP and Primavera, identifying key milestones, critical paths, and required resources.
• You lead planning meetings and ensure coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
• You analyze variances, propose corrective actions, and anticipate scheduling risks.
• You produce progress reports, forecasts, and schedule risk analyses for management and clients.
• You contribute to contractual schedule management and the preparation of potential claims.
• You participate in the continuous improvement of planning processes and the capitalization of lessons learned.
• You ensure compliance with HSE standards and the implementation of SIEMENS ENERGY’s HSE culture on site.

What you bring

• Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in project management, engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) in planning industrial or construction projects, ideally on complex or international projects.
• Advanced proficiency in MSP and Primavera software.
• Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and organizational sense.
• Strong team spirit, natural leadership, and ability to rally teams around planning objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken in English. French is nice to have.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to anticipate issues.
• Willingness to travel occasionally in France and abroad.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
