As a Senior Global Mobility Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant international assignments for field staff from the Polish hub. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage delegation processes, provide administrative support, and train new team members on global mobility topics.

How you will make an impact

  • Ensure timely and compliant delegations of Polish hub field staff.
  • Support the Hub Lead in Poland with various administrative and process-related tasks.
  • Execute the SE delegation process, including preparing supporting documents and using internal tools.
  • Communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders such as HR, Global Mobility Services, Legal, Tax, and site management teams.
  • Handle payroll instructions, manage travel expense claims, and maintain up-to-date internal records.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs for new joiners focused on delegation processes and travel-related topics.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience working with external customers.
  • Proven experience in travel management; global mobility or delegation experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in intercultural environments and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently; familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Mobility applications is a plus.
