A Snapshot of Your Day

   

As our new Business Partner in Cost Center Controlling, you will develop financial transparency for Global Functions within Offshore Service. You'll analyze budgets, forecasts, reports, and trends to support management decisions.

 

You will provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, monthly, quarterly & annual forecasts, financial reports, and operational trends to assist the accountable management in performing their responsibilities related to management of personnel resources and making recommendations for sound decision making.

 

You will work closely with the Stakeholders of the Offshore Service Functions and support them on any Controlling needs regarding their Cost Centers and Headcount Reporting as well as supporting them on their monthly management reviews.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

   
  • Manage the planning and controlling of yearly budgets for Offshore Service Functions, including the calculation of hourly rates.
  • Analyse and evaluate cost structures, and develop, maintain, and improve the supporting cost accounting systems.
  • Prepare monthly reporting and provide detailed explanations of forecast and actuals to CCC Offshore Management.
  • Strengthen Master Data Governance (e.g., cost centers, WBS, orders, GL accounts) to support Forecast, Power BI, and ATOM implementation.
  • Drive cross-departmental process standardization and contribute to digitalization strategies within Cost Center Controlling.
  • Support time registration setup to ensure accurate hour bookings to Orders/WBS elements and assist in setting up SLAs/THOPs for inter-company charges, including documentation and PO creation.
 

What You Bring

 
  • You have a master’s degree within Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
  • You are a competent finance individual with several years of experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas and/or commercial sales and project business
  • You are analytical, result-oriented and passionate regarding numbers and have an eye for details. You possess advanced interpersonal and communicational skills: You are a highly motivated team player, possess good interpersonal skills and can create a collaborative working relationship with people across cultures and organizational levels. At the same time, you have excellent time management skills and strong analytical skills with an ability to focus on details.
  • You are willing to take ownership, and you can work under pressure meeting deadlines and targets.
  • You have a creative mindset that strives to innovate processes and tools with a desire to take part in a digital transformation journey
  • You have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
