How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement complex generative AI applications from discovery to deployment, realizing strategic, tactical, and operational impact.
- Establish a best practices framework for deploying cloud architectures supporting AI agents, focusing on cost, performance, and security for LLM workloads and vector search.
- Create RAG/LLM evaluation pipelines, embedding strategies, and optimize prompts/runtime.
- Build and maintain MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps workflows for data pipelines, model packaging, CI/CD, and model versioning.
- Lead and support teams of skilled AI specialists in delivering workable products.
- Communicate and present complex topics to Senior Leadership and serve on Steering Committees.
What You Bring
- Over 7 years of experience in AI/ML solutions, with 5+ years leading GenAI initiatives in enterprise settings.
- 10+ years of Python and API development experience in production environments.
- Recognized as a top talent, successfully scaling solutions company-wide.
- University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and cloud computing using AWS CDK and Serverless Framework.
- Hands-on expertise with LLM providers and frameworks like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph.

Our Gas Services division is dedicated to low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We bring together all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof, offering decarbonization opportunities through modernization and digitalization of the fleet. Our mission is to provide zero or low-emission power generation solutions.
