A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic product management team as a Regional Product Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing software products that streamline the offer, order, engineering, and R&D processes for Siemens Energy factories across the globe, including the USA, Mexico, Germany, China, India, and Brazil. You will connect with internal customers, explore market opportunities, and define the product strategy, vision, and roadmaps. By handling and prioritizing the ART backlog, you will deliver outstanding value and drive product success in high voltage products like circuit breakers, disconnectors, and surge arresters.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will take ownership of product success within your assigned region, ensuring that regional products align with customer needs and company goals.
  • Translate market and customer feedback into actionable requirements, gathering and prioritizing insights from customers and collaborators.
  • Establish and communicate a clear product vision and strategy to advise your team’s efforts.
  • Align regional initiatives with the global product strategy to ensure cohesive progress.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues swiftly while maintaining positive relationships with customers across various locations.
  • Build and foster connections with interested parties at regional sites in Germany, India and China, to facilitate the successful execution of global product strategies.


What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field such as Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Software Engineering is required.
  • A validated experience working as a global product manager is vital.
  • Certifications such as SAFe APM or SAFe POPM will be beneficial for this role.
  • Proficiency in software product management skills and backlog management within agile contexts (Jira, AzureDevOps) is important.
  • Willingness to traveling overseas at least 5 to 6 times per year is required.
  • Proficiency in English is important, with additional languages such as German or Mandarin considered a plus.
