A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP), you will be a pivotal member of our Project Execution team, ensuring top-notch Quality Assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will guide the planning and execution of key quality activities, making a significant impact on our projects' success.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Establish, drive, and support a robust quality management system tailored to project-specific requirements.
  • Provide invaluable expertise and guidance on quality matters, fostering a customer-centric quality culture.
  • Lead non-conformance management and CAPA investigations, driving solutions within projects.
  • Act as a quality leader, promoting a continuous improvement culture within projects.
  • Assist in internal and external audits alongside Project Managers and Heads of Projects.
  • Support the Projects Team in achieving the highest quality standards.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality, business improvement, or project management.
  • Familiarity with AGT business practices.
  • Strong understanding of Project Excellence and Quality Management principles.
  • Knowledge in Lean and Project Management methodologies; certifications are a plus.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
