A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Quality Technician within our EQS team, you will play a key role in supporting product release activities, managing quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with aerospace and industry standards. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality colleagues to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to the department’s continuous growth and success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Work alongside Quality and Operations colleagues to support the release of product.
  • Oversee source inspection activities and ensure completion of required documentation.
  • Support Operations and Engineering teams in managing deviating product.
  • Manage concessions and ensure their timely application and completion.
  • Coordinate calibration activities across the site.
  • Support and conduct internal audits when required.
  • Develop and share best practices to enhance quality and efficiency within the team.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support their implementation.
  • Collaborate with EQS colleagues to achieve departmental and company objectives.
  • Engage in wider EQS activities as the department continues to expand.

What You Bring

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Experience working in an aerospace or similarly regulated industry.
  • High level of diligence and attention to detail.
  • Internal Auditor qualification (beneficial).
  • Prior experience in a similar role, or strong transferrable skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience with Q-Pulse QMS software (advantageous).
  • Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
