A Snapshot of Your Day

Step into the world of procurement as a Purchasing Trainee and become an integral part of our dynamic PMO team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, learning the ropes of purchasing operations, supplier management, and data analysis within a global organization. Your day will be filled with creating and monitoring purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate master data in our systems. You’ll secure and verify essential supplier documentation, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. Collaborate closely with internal departments like Quality Management, Order Management, and Warehousing to ensure seamless supply chain operations. This role is your gateway to understanding the intricacies of procurement and supply chain management.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create and monitor purchase orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient supply.
  • Secure order confirmations and track delivery dates to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Perform master data maintenance for suppliers and materials in the ERP system.
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine supplier communications and secure essential documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Provide assistance in analyzing procurement data to support decision-making.


What You Bring

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Alternatively, you have completed vocational training in a relevant commercial or technical discipline with some initial work experience.
  • You possess strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP Systems (e.g., SAP).
  • You have a solid understanding of procurement principles and strong analytical skills.
  • Your attention to detail and communication skills in Hungarian and English are excellent.
  • You are proactive and eager to learn.
  • You are available to work min 32 hours per week
