A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating purchase requisitions and supporting documents for single sourcing in SEL applications, collaborating with SCM personnel in the Asia Pacific Region for approvals. Additionally, you'll handle asset management tasks, support logistics for international shipments, and provide administrative support to the Tool Facility manager, all while demonstrating your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with global teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Siemens Energy operate a Tooling Facility for which we require administrative support for our Purchasing process, Logistics, Asset Management activities and Administrative support.
- Creation of Purchase Requisitions in SEL applications
- Creation of supporting documents required for Single Sourcing
- Collaborate with SCM personnel in the Asia Pacific Region for approval of requests
- Asset management tasks associated with creation, maintenance, and retirement of assets.
- Support logistics processes for international shipments at the direction of Tool Facility manager.
- Administrative support for Facility management.
This role can be based in our HQ location in Seoul, or alternatively out of our facility offices in Hwaesong. We operate a mobile work policy with the ability to work from home office up to 3 days per week.
What You Bring
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years working experience in an Administrative, Purchasing or Logistics role.
- Fluent in Korean and English to be able to directly communicate in Korea and with the Siemens Energy global organization.
- Global attitude. Strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and customers around the globe.
- Legally permitted to work in South Korea.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
