- Lead engineering projects passionate about control technology, electrical engineering, and digitalization, ensuring outstanding technical and economic outcomes
- Drive customer happiness by delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining proactive communication
- Collaborate and exchange knowledge with a distributed team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Provide professional leadership to interdisciplinary and intercultural teams, guiding them to achieve ambitious project goals
- Represent engineering projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and collaborator expectation
- A university degree in automation, control technology, electrical engineering, or a related technical field, with proven professional experience
- Proven experience in the development, implementation, or operation of offshore wind energy projects, showcasing your expertise and dedication
- A minimum of 3 years in a project leadership role, with full responsibility for negotiations, contract management, and change management
- Certification as a Project Manager (e.g., PM@Siemens, IPMA, PMI or equivalent experience) is advantageous
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of German or other languages seen as a plus
- Outstanding communication skills, empathy, and a strong team spirit, combined with initiative, results orientation, and organizational prowess

- Project management in the field of control technology, electrical engineering and digitalization for worldwide new construction and modernization projects with internal and external customers
- Responsible for the technical and economic success of the project and customer satisfaction
- Exchange of experience with the entire project management team and the respective units
- Professional leadership of an interdisciplinary and intercultural project team
- Representation of the project within the organization and proactive communication
- Support during the sales and quotation phase
- University degree in the field of automation, control technology or electrical engineering or comparable technical education with relevant professional experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the development, implementation and/or operation of offshore wind energy projects in a project execution organization.
- A minimum of 3 years professional experience leading projects in full responsibility including, negotiations, contract management and change management.
- Certification as a Project Manager such as PM@Siemens, IPMA or PMI is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is desirable, other language skills are an advantage
- Communication skills, empathy, and a high degree of team spirit, along with initiative, results orientation, decision-making, and organizational skills, round off your profile
