A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead all aspects of facilities, maintenance, and construction projects for the facility, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards and delivery that is safe, on time, and within budget! This role requires a construction background, project management experience, and strong collaboration skills. You will lead all aspects of project goal setting, scope development, planning, procurement, contracting, safety, construction execution, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and close-out—working closely with internal teams, corporate partners, and external vendors!

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Direct, lead, coordinate, and support facilities, maintenance, and construction project operations from inception to close-out. Project types include office fit-outs, major building maintenance, ground-up office and industrial builds, equipment installations, office/factory renovations, and office/factory expansions.
  • Ensure Siemens Energy’s Zero Harm Culture is embedded throughout all phases of each project.
  • Collaborate with Project Sponsors and business partners to define project goals, scope, timelines, achievements, budgets, and ensure alignment across all partners. Track and manage performance against these benchmarks to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Oversee project execution with minimal disruption to operations, negotiating with operators to implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Deliver regular presentations to executive leadership and project teams on project status, schedule, budget performance, and Zero Harm Culture adherence.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate documentation of daily logs, progress updates, and financial reports throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience managing construction projects, architects, engineers, or construction managers. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, standard processes, and the ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledgeable and able to interpret relevant regulatory standards as applicable to the project.
  • Proven track record to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment—balancing deadlines, solving sophisticated challenges, and collaborating with diverse partners, including senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project) Auto Cad, and relevant design tools/software; PMP certification or related coursework preferred. Must be flexible and available to work extended hours or weekends as needed based on site operations. Travel estimated at 10% or less.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
