A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of Siemens Energy’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation, this role provides Program Management / PMO support to the central Data Migration Factory, which delivers industrialized data migration services across all rollout clusters.

The Data Migration Factory is responsible for governing, planning, and executing master and transactional data migration across the full rollout lifecycle — from data scoping and workshops through mock loads, UAT, go‑live simulation, cutover, and audit‑ready documentation.
This role supports structured execution, transparency, quality assurance, and coordination between Data Migration Factory teams, rollout clusters, data governance, and external partners.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support Data Migration Factory governance, planning, and execution, aligned with S4E program milestones and PM stage gates
  • Coordinate and track data migration activities and deliverables across clusters (e.g. data workshops, object scoping, mock loads, UAT, go‑live simulation, cutover)
  • Maintain program-level transparency by tracking dependencies, risks, issues, KPIs, and acceptance criteria for data migration
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and decision documents for data migration readiness, quality, and load progress
  • Act as a central coordination interface between Data Migration Factory leads, rollout cluster teams, data stewards, and external delivery partners

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a comparable field
  • 6+ years of experience in IT PMO, program management, or transformation support roles, preferably in ERP or data‑intensive programs
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations, ideally with exposure to data migration, data governance, or cutover activities
  • Understanding of data migration lifecycles (e.g. data scoping, mock loads, UAT, go‑live, reconciliation, audit requirements)
  • Familiarity with project and program management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex dependencies across systems, teams, and timelines. Clear, structured communication skills for senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
