About our Program

S4E is one of the major Business- & IT Transformation Programs within global Siemens Energy (SE). Its key objective is to transform our historical patchwork of 23 legacy SAP systems into a completely new platform based on the latest state-of-the-art SAP S/4 HANA technology. At the same time, S4E-Unify is aiming for the optimization and harmonization of SE’s worldwide Business Processes across all Business Areas, Regions and Functions. Goal is to significantly reduce complexity, increase speed and flexibility, foster cross-organizational collaboration and finally drive significant cost reductions. The S4E-Unify core team consists of roughly 300 colleagues around the globe plus a substantial extended community of subject matter experts (SME), change network ambassadors and other contributors. It affects 40,000 global users and follows an implementation roadmap through 2030.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of Siemens Energy’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation, this role provides IT Program Management and PMO support to the central Change Management Team, with a strong focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM), training enablement, and rollout readiness.

The position supports structured governance, planning, reporting, and quality management for Change Management Team activities across multiple rollout clusters and acts as a key interface between program leadership, rollout teams, OCM & Training coordinators, and external partners.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support Change Management Team governance, integrated planning, and execution, aligned with SAP S/4HANA program milestones and stage gates
  • Coordinate and track OCM and training deliverables (e.g. readiness assessments, pulse checks, communications, adoption tracking) across rollout clusters
  • Prepare and maintain executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and steering committee materials for Change Management Team performance
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and issues related to OCM and training, ensuring transparency and timely escalation
  • Act as a central coordination point between Change Management teams, Rollout Management, business adoption leads, and external partners/providers.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years of experience in IT PMO, program management, or transformation support roles.
  • Solid understanding of OCM and training concepts in enterprise transformations
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP transformation programs with experience of managing external providers.
  • Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or comparable field

About the Team (Vision / Mission of the UAT Testing Team)

You are responsible for setting up and managing all aspects of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Siemens Energy SAP S/4HANA rollout project. You have full leadership from UAT strategy development to its operational execution. In this role you leverage the setup of the S4E Program with assigned team members across all rollout projects as well as our external IT delivery partner. Your work enables us to scale the testing process to an industrialized level including automation and AI technologies that allow efficient and effective UAT test management for 10+ in-parallel rollout projects.

You manage all stakeholders related to UAT testing from across our solution factory, data migration factory, change factory to contribute towards our rollout projects and its business stakeholders. You steer the performance of the external IT service delivery partner for UAT scope and ensure in-time, in-quality, audit proof documented testing as part of the rollout projects.
