A Snapshot of Your Day
You’ll be part of the Process and Administration Support Team within the Development – Transformers department, acting as a central support function. Your day will involve coordinating administrative and process-related activities, managing technical documentation, maintaining digital libraries, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and professional operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support document management for technical materials such as design rules, research reports, and material specifications, including layout editing, change requests, and approval workflows
- Maintain and administer databases (MS SharePoint), ensuring high data quality, structure, and security
- Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes
- Act as a key interface between departments and external partners, enabling effective communication and collaboration
What You Bring
- Expert-level skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; ECDL certification preferred)
- Expert knowledge of MS SharePoint
- Exceptional fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Fluency in German is an advantage
- Technical background preferred, with experience in process management as a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach
- Open and direct communication style with a strong team mindset
- High level of self-initiative and a strong service-oriented attitude
