A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine starting your day by turning complex business needs into smart digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with our Digitalization Manager and a global Equipment Management (EQM) team to design, build, and maintain digital tools that streamline planning, execution, and reporting.

Your work will empower colleagues across the organization to make data-driven decisions, automate processes, and increase transparency—contributing directly to Siemens Gamesa’s mission of driving the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Integrate SAP and O365 tools to optimize workflows, data flows, and reporting
  • Build dashboards, data models, and automation scripts (e.g., Power Automate, VBA, Python)
  • Ensure data quality, transparency, and usability across systems
  • Collaborate with demand managers, SAP specialists, and digitalization teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Support end-users through troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvements

What You Bring

  • A degree in IT, engineering, business analytics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in digitalization, automation, or application development
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong data analytics skills (using different combination of Python, SQL Excel, VBA or other generally used methods in office environments)
  • Familiarity with SAP and system integration concepts is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • A structured and deadline-driven approach, balancing innovation with delivery
  • A self-driven and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative and open-minded attitude, thriving in multicultural, cross-functional teams

About the Team

You will join our Offshore Execution Equipment Management team, a key function supporting the planning and execution of offshore projects. The team works closely with stakeholders across Europe and global offshore project sites, using digital solutions to improve operational excellence, transparency, and sustainability.
