A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Mechanical Designer, you will be a key part of our engineering team, contributing to the development and improvement of our epoxy resin encapsulated dry transformers. Your day-to-day activities will include:

Collaborating with the engineering team to design and optimize mechanical components of transformers.

Conducting design analysis and simulations to ensure product viability and efficiency.

Participating in the creation of technical documentation and design specifications.

Working closely with the production team to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve processes.

The selection of appropriate materials and components.

Assisting in the implementation of continuous improvements in design and production processes.

• Develop innovative designs that enhance the efficiency and reliability of transformers.
• Ensure all designs comply with regulations, customer and quality standards.
• Collaborate in identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to cost reduction through design and process optimization.
• Foster a collaborative and proactive work environment within the engineering team.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the field of mechanical design

What You Bring 

• Professional with a trustworthy and empathetic attitude, capable of creating a sense of comfort for clients.
• Intercultural awareness and sensitivity to different cultural contexts.
• Ability to make decisions and operate in remote areas with minimal supervision, while recognizing boundaries and authority.
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
• University degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field, with at least 1 year of professional experience in mechanical activities or related programs.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
