Responsible for raw material incoming inspection, responsible for elaborate the Non-Conformal Report of material in case it is out specification, responsible to validate rework and material replacement in case raw material non-conformance, support on  attention at assembly lines when occurrence of supplier component and raw material non conformances, support to give disposition to material at quarantine, responsible to support SQA team with quarantine report and NCR tracking.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Office qualified.
• SAP qualified.
• Militar Standard & AQL excellent knowledge
• Measurement instrument Qualified (Caliper, micrometer, durometer, posit Ector, etc)
• MSA qualified
• Good level of knowledge on GD&T

What You Bring

• Minimum of a technical degree required; a bachelor's degree or engineering degree is desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience receiving materials.
• Intermediate English level (Speaking and writing)
• Fully orientated on objectives
• Easy adaptable to work under pressure. Ease of communication with different cultures and Inter-departmental relations.
• Good negotiation skills and good on work team.

About the Team

 We are Siemens-Energy, circuit breaker division, we are located at El Marques Queretaro. As MI Inspector you will be part of the team Quality responsible to provide support to assembly line to run with the high’s quality standards, and as part of supplier quality- Incoming Inspection we are responsible to support assembly line in case a raw material quality issue, we are communication channel between production line and supplier.
