A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic team as you lead a diverse group of technical employees in the manufacturing of Steam Turbine Valve Service and Actuators. Your weekend dayshift from Friday to Sunday, 5:30 am to 6:00 pm, will kick off with a Thursday overlap of 2-4 hours with weekday supervisors for a smooth shift turnover. You will energize the team with daily toolbox meetings, emphasizing Safety, Quality, and shift assignments. Your hands-on approach will ensure that you are visible on the floor, assisting your team as needed and performing safety observations. Empower your operators to uphold safe working practices while fostering a culture of positive coaching and collaboration.

  • You will promote and actively participate in continuous improvement and lean activities that drive operational excellence.
  • Lead with production management skills, effectively guiding a diverse team towards achieving business priorities.
  • Make quick, informed decisions to allocate production resources, directly impacting customer delivery.
  • We seek innovative and energetic individuals who listen attentively, learn from peers, and share knowledge while aspiring to grow with us.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or an Associate’s Degree (AA/AS) with 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience (8+ years) is required.

What You Bring

  • You have 4+ years of direct supervisory experience or 3+ years in manufacturing, including assembly, welding, and machining.
  • Your background includes Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or 5S methodologies.
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment, with conflict resolution skills in working with an hourly workforce, is preferred.
  • You possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, MRP, and Quality Control systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Collaboration is key for you, as you are willing to take on tasks beyond normal business requirements.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
