You will engage in cross-collaboration with colleagues across various areas and locations, playing a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and closing activities.     How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Drive and supervise the progress of S/4 Hana rollout activities within the finance manufacturing area.
    • Communicate project status and progress alongside overall S/4 rollout management to manufacturing leadership.
    • Ensure milestone achievements and secure all necessary delivery sign-offs.
    • Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring local business contributions are recognized and integrated.
    • Act as a finance business partner, working independently while closely collaborating with technical teams, business partners, and the SAP implementation team, linking production, purchasing, logistics, IT, and other operations departments in a dynamic setting.
    • Design and implement insightful reports focusing on cost centers and headcount, clearly presenting the current situation and highlighting forecast and budget deviations.

    What You Bring

    • A degree in business administration, finance, or economics.
    • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing finance, including production controlling, cost calculation, and inventory management.
    • Solid SAP knowledge, with experience in S/4 Hana implementation as a consultant being a significant advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication skills and a strong personal commitment, making you a standout colleague.
    • Strong analytical skills that enable you to solve complex issues and present them clearly and openly.
    • A keen interest in promoting digitization initiatives.
    • Fluency in English is essential.

    About the Team

    You will be part of a dynamic team focused on producing hydrogen for various applications within the manufacturing organization. This young and growing team consists on controllers distributed in Spain and Germany. In Spain, you will collaborate with three teammates and additional members from the global organization, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
