A Snapshot of Your Day
As Manufacturing Engineer you would be focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised processes for assembling the component parts and subassemblies required for a finished product including:
- Designing the sequence of assembly operations and the arrangement of equipment for automatic parts' selection, fastening (e.g., riveting, welding, screw driving, applying adhesives, etc.), labeling, sorting, and packaging.
- Performing quality inspections and functional tests on assembled goods.
- Supervising the installation, operation, and maintenance of assembly equipment.
- Supervising the rate of assembly and finished goods inventory to identify and resolve issues impacting achievement of cost, quality, or production targets.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Standardize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and drive efficiency improvements.
- Lead investment projects, budget planning, and risk analysis (FMEA).
- Promote decarbonization and implement innovative tools to enhance quality and production speed.
- Develop business cases, strategies, and high-impact projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Mentor engineers and interns in Lean, EADS, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsibility to comply and/or enforce compliance with current integrated management system protocols, policies, guidelines and competencies (EHS, Quality).
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Professional Experience 5-7 years in Manufacturing Industries.
- Expertise in electricity (transformers), planning, logistics, and project management.
- Proficient in Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
- Skilled in design tools, SAP, and advanced English communication.
- Availability to Travel. Change of residence is indispensable for the position.
