A Snapshot of Your Day 

Our team is seeking creative, forward-thinking, and versatile professionals in Generative AI for technical product design who will help propel us toward the future of technical product innovation.
As a member of our globally distributed team for Generative AI, you will work on pioneering projects spanning the development and enhancement of AI-powered design methodologies, tools, and research, with applications in CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), and advanced simulation workflows such as FEA (Finite Element Analysis) or CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). By merging engineering expertise with the latest in generative AI technology, you will empower our teams to automate, optimize, and revolutionize the way we approach complex engineering challenges.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Researching and developing state-of-the-art generative AI methods and tools to accelerate and enhance the technical product design process, with a focus on applications in CAD, CAE, FEA, and CFD simulation environments
  • Collaborating with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and implement innovative generative design workflows, leveraging the power of AI to automate model creation, optimization, and simulation tasks
  • Driving the adoption of generative AI principles across the organization by leading trainings, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions that promote best practices and foster a culture of innovation
  • Staying at the forefront of advancements in generative AI, design automation, and simulation technologies in order to inform product development and maintain our competitive edge
  • Partnering with leading academic and industry collaborators to advance research in generative design and accelerate the integration of new methodologies into our engineering practices
  • Documenting processes, tools, and outcomes, and presenting findings to stakeholders throughout the company
What You Bring
  • Educational background (degree or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical or scientific field, combined with proficiency in programming (e.g., Python) and familiarity with cloud-based simulation or AI deployment platforms
  • Deep expertise in generative AI and its application to technical product design, including experience with CAD/CAE software, FEA, CFD simulations, and design optimization methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of developing or deploying AI-driven design solutions that enhance efficiency and performance in engineering contexts
  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary, multinational teams and communicating complex technical concepts effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Customer-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning
