A Snapshot of Your Day

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the CFE (Comisión Federal de Electricidad) sector in Mexico. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the energy industry. The Key Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in CFE and the energy industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within CFE and the energy market.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful product and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and sales activities, achieving sales targets for company growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of the CFE and energy industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Spanish and English.
