Future Energy, Graduates Internship Program – Siemens Energy Egypt

Program Duration: 9-12 months

Start Date: Mid Jan - Feb 2025

Location : Cairo, Ain Sokhna, Alexandria and Beni Suef. 

Siemens Energy is looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join our fast-paced world as graduate interns. This internship will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment; it will boost your experience and will provide a superb introduction to Siemens Energy. You’ll get to know us from the inside, develop your natural talents on the job and become part of the teams shaping the future of power generation and transmission.

What you need to help us Energize Society ?

• You have a degree in HR, Finance, Marketing or related
• You have graduated in 2022, 2023 or 2024 (strictly)
• You have a minimum overall grade of good or equivalent in GPA
• You had active participation in extracurricular activities and projects during your university years
• You have an excellent command in English, both spoken and written
• You enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
• You are energized by collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
• Think logically, willingness to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.

What part will you play?

• Enjoy the high-performance culture and learning ride.
• Complete the assigned tasks and duties.
• Abide by Siemens Energy internal regulations and guidelines.
• Attend the provided sessions and engage.
• Attend 100% of the program (emergency and sick leaves are to be considered)
• Evaluate the program and the business coaches.

You will have an individual training plan to aid you in developing the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. At the end of the program, you will be equipped with excellent knowledge to support you for your professional career.
