What You Bring
- Manage Field Services Mechanics (64 employees), Concur expense reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions and reimbursements. Allocating expenses before month end. Handled IT/AskHR inquiries on behalf of field service mechanics, providing resolutions and follow-ups.
- Coordinated new employee setup, including system access, hardware requests, badge/supplies setup, training and Fit for Duty schedules. Assigned PC, iPad, mobile phone devices and cellular data management, including provisioning and troubleshooting issues.
- Managed PKI inquiries, including provisioning and troubleshooting issues. Ordered operational supply requests in ARIBA Buying Guide platform. Administered the AMEX corporate credit card program, addressing cardholder needs and reconciling expenses.
- Processed purchase requisitions (POs) and handled invoice goods receiving, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Resolved PO/PR management issues, working closely with vendors and internal departments. Addressed project charge code inquiries, verifying allocations for accurate cost tracking.
- Maintained and updated employee data and documentation, including training certifications, TWIC cards, and licenses. Coordinated DISA drug randoms, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Provided comprehensive administrative and back-office support, streamlining processes and resolving operational issues. Assisted with creating training materials and resource guidelines with Microsoft applications. Managed Uniform PPE orders and other PPE allowances, including truck and supplies budgetary allowances
