A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking E2E (End-to-End) Offboarding Solution Specialist to lead and optimize our global offboarding landscape. This role is responsible for designing, enhancing, and governing the offboarding process and related digital solutions across all phases—pre-offboarding, last day experience, Knowledge transfer, compliance, systems access and facility management to ensure all technical, legal and organizational offboarding steps. The role involves collaboration across HR, IT, Business Units, Security, and external partners to deliver a seamless and modern offboarding experience for new hires and internal movers.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Solution Design & Architecture: Define the target architecture and roadmap for end-to-end offboarding processes, integrating HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HCM, ServiceNow), identity management (IAM),and Hardware decommissioning.
- Process Adviser: Serve as a subject matter expert and process adviser for global offboarding workflows, continuously improving user journeys, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with global process owner, HR Business Partners, IT, Department, and Legal to capture requirements, align priorities, and ensure compliance across all regions.Project Leadership: Lead offboarding-related transformation initiatives, including tool implementations, integrations, and rollouts in coordination with project managers and technical teams.
- Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless data and process integration between the different systems to enable automated and secure offboarding touchpoints
- Governance & Standards: Strengthen and establish offboarding governance frameworks, KPIs, documentation, and system audit readiness.
- Innovation & Benchmarking: Stay current with market trends and innovative practice
What You Bring
- 5–8 years in HR IT, digital HR transformation, or enterprise onboarding solutions.
- Proven experience designing or managing onboarding processes across multiple geographies or business units.
- Background in implementing or optimizing HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of process architecture, integrations, and workflows in HR tech ecosystems.
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and automated provisioning systems.
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing/automation platforms.
- Understanding of data flows, user roles, permissions, and compliance requirements (GDPR).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Informatics, IT, or related field.
- Certifications like SAFE or AGILE Methodology or enterprise architecture (TOGAF) are a plus.
