A Snapshot of Your Day
The Data Specialist plays a key role in managing and providing access to internal data crucial for Service Operations, to support business processes decisions, logistics and scheduling. They enhance productivity by ensuring data availability through automation, exports, interfaces, and dashboards. They lead projects to digitally transform business and IT processes for Field Service in North America. The role, requiring up to 10% travel, emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and operates from a hybrid office in Orlando to foster collaboration.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop data pipelines that include data ingestion, cleansing, and preparation processes to build datasets for analysis and scenario planning.
- Outline the data needs for analysis, focusing on aspects like accuracy, consistency and quality, and initiate the correction of internal data as necessary.
- Implement automation to streamline operations, such as robotic reporting and establish model repositories.
- Maintain relationships with internal data providers and sources, as well as with the community of other data professionals and those involved in automation.
- Develop and maintain the macros/models provided by the community development team and contribute to their improvement, as well as ensure the accuracy of model outputs.
- Prepare both routine and special reports for stakeholders, including data extracts and visualizations, to support business decisions and daily operations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree focused in Data and Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or related field, or Associate’s degree with 4+ years of data science experience preferred
- 4 years of experience with analytics, data visualizations, and information pipelines preferred
- Strong understanding of analysis and automation with excellent knowledge of Robotic Process Automation, Microsoft PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerShell, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Python, and related Artificial Intelligence and machine learning technologies; highly proficient in MS Office 365 and related applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to interface with individuals and groups in a culturally diverse environment and across multiple functional organizations.
- Proactive and motivated to take responsibility for your work. You are driven to identify and solve problems and think outside-the box to bring new ideas and solutions to improve processes.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
