A Snapshot of Your Day 

In your role as People Analytics Data Engineer, you will support our people analytics function and assist in building our team to become data consultants to the business.
 
We aim to become an efficient, truly lean, and data-driven organization and are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for people & organizational topics. How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • You will be responsible for designing, evaluating and shaping the requirements for our future HR reporting & analytics landscape
  • You will be driving projects to build our HR data hub
  • You will support in creating fast and reliable analytics products through efficient ETL processes
  • You are an advocate for a data-driven, decision-making culture and support the organization to become data literate
  • You assist in the creation of processes, policies and procedures for the creation, extraction, transformation, loading, analysis, visualization of data in collaboration with our HR Products & Services department
What You Bring
  • Degree in data engineering, software development, IT, data science, or related field
  • Extensive experience in (HR) data engineering
  • Strong knowledge in data engineering and related technologies
  • Good understanding of data bases and data-based languages (e.g., Snowflake, MySQL)
  • Proficient analytical skills and the ability to build thorough reporting and valuable use cases through proper data provision
  • Ideally additional certificates (e.g., User-Centric Design, Scrum Master, SAFe, Design Thinking, Coaching) and sound knowledge in data technologies (e.g., Alteryx, Blue Prism, PowerBI, Python, R, Tableau, Ui Path, VBA)
  • Good stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
