A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Controlling Business Partner in Service, Controls & Digitalization, you will act as a partner to the technical team lead, providing essential support in daily operational business with a strong focus on financial aspects for several departments and service orders / projects.
Your responsibilities will include reporting and planning, headcount forecasting & tracking and supporting productivity measures for individual departments. You will also be responsible to manage data aggregation effectively, providing reports and detailed analysis with visualization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Interaction & communication with various international partners (Function Team leads; regular users; support functions; Business Controlling peers)
- Monitoring & controlling of operational cost centers with detailed understanding in cost structures and utilization.
- Aggregate needed data and analyzing reports for plan/forecast/actuals deviations with commenting to management level.
- Own the service order-to-invoice process to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Contribute to SAP rollout activities (testing/integration). Primary point of contact and interface for S4Energy.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics with 5-7 years of experience
- Knowledge of financial values flows, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and detailed SAP knowledge.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English. German knowledge is a plus.
