A Snapshot of Your Day:

Engage with project managers, commercial project managers, line managers, and others to guarantee accurate project reporting based on internal guidelines. You’ll be responsible for communicating and networking with various levels of the organization. You’ll oversee all aspects of project reporting, document, and process management. There is a desire for continuous improvement – in terms of processes, tools, KPI’s, and the use of AI!

Our team manages customer-facing small to large scale modernization and upgrade projects around the world, including fossil or nuclear steam turbines, gas turbines, generators and all related components and systems.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide overall project support for multiple areas including project database management, document management, project reviews and other meetings, project reporting, and process management.
  • Drive the management of processes, methods, and technologies used by project managers.
  • Conduct or participate in audits or assessments and manage findings to completion.
  • Manage continuous improvement initiatives in all aspects of the team functions and update process documents accordingly.
  • Determine the optimal resources for reporting and tracking projects to best achieve the organization’s operational and financial goals.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business or Project Management
  • 5+ years of working directly with project managers, milestones, and key project deliverables and advanced knowledge of project management concepts and practices.
  • Proficiency in office and project management tools like Microsoft Office applications, OnePM (Planview), SAP, Salesforce and others. An analytical approach to building and managing various reports.
  • Excellent English skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally & written.
  • Self-motivated, well organized, able to prioritize work to meet deadlines, good listening skills, excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Leadership skills to coordinate initiatives or improvements and inform and coach team members to achieve full implementation.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
