As a Commercial Project Manager (CPM), you are the commercial counterpart to the technical Project Manager (OM). Proactive and professional work defines your daily activities, in which you responsibly manage all financial aspects to ensure successful project execution within agreed schedules, cost calculations, and required quality standards. Represent your projects toward all partners, sharing responsibility with Sales and/or the Project Manager for all topics related to commercial risk assessment.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Coordination of the commercial project execution within an international team, based on contractual frameworks and regulations
• Design and moderation of project reviews within the project team and conducting status meetings with management
• Commercial preparation of project orders, project calculations and evaluations, as well as execution of post-calculations in line with single-project controlling
• Analysis of cost development, identification of deviations, and derivation of appropriate corrective actions together with the project team
• Responsibility for the preparation of commercial reports and forecasts, as well as implementation of the derived actions
• Participation in the successful digitalization of commercial processes
• Active involvement in the monthly closing process

What You Bring

• Completed commercial education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, university) and experience in a commercial environment
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage; experience with additional dashboards tools is desirable
• Technical understanding in the field of electrical engineering is an advantage
• Independent, results-oriented, and customer-focused working style
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Dynamic personality with strong analytical thinking skills
• Ability to think outside the box
